If you are contacting our support team with a topic that is related to a payment, please try and provide a transaction ID. This helps us find your purchase much faster.
How it works
When you make a purchase online with Paypal, Paypal, PaymentWall or CashU a transaction ID will be given. Each gateway uses a different format.
If you cannot find it from looking at the original invoice PayPal emails you after a successful payment, see the below guide.

- 1) Log in to your PayPal account to view the My Account overview page.
- 2) Click on the "Activity" link in the menu located across the top of the page. All of your activity for the past 90 days will appear in chronological order.
- 3) Find your transaction and then simply click on it to expand.
- 4) Here you should be able to find the 'Transaction ID'

Should you not be able to find it on your bank statement or within your PaymentWall account then you can contact their support team giving them such information as your name, time purchased, items purchased and they should be able to obtain it for you.

Should you not be able to find it on your bank statement or within your CashU account then you can contact their support team giving them such information as your name, time purchased, items purchased and they should be able to obtain it for you.

Credit Card / Visa
We don't directly accept card payments, instead we use our gateways (listed above) to process the card for us. Please try and find the transaction ID provided by the gateway.
